Laura’s Mad Monday speed sessions with get your heart rate up, focusing on high intensity and change of direction. This program will take your game to the next level, helping you to stay strong right to the final whistle.
Whether you’re working out in the gym or from home, Laura has you sorted! Thirsty Tuesday sessions are short, sharp and sweaty and will develop your strength for when you hit the netball court

Phew, it’s rest day! Take a walk with your friends and whanau, go for a swim or a quiet stretch will help you finish the week strong.
All you have to do is press play and Courtney Tairi will handle the rest in our weekly Guided Runs. Available on Apple Podcasts, Court will tell you exactly when to work and rest, motivating you to power through these interval runs!

World’s Fittest Netballer Videos
Get ready for a sweaty one! The aim of this weeks test is to complete 10 rounds as FAST as possible. You’ll have to dig deep as you hit the deck for burpees and power through the bronco.
And Eseta from the NZ Police challenges us to practise our grip strength – important for the police but also for our ball control and passing when we’re out on court!

Each round gets a little harder in this weeks challenge. Laura throws in some tricky exercises in this test so be sure to practise your wall walks and double unders before starting the timer!
Another test in the PAT is the vertical jump which tests lower body power. Eseta explains how important this is on the netball court but in the NZ Police too!

This weeks challenge is a serious arm burn! The aim is to get your box burpees done quickly so you maximise the time you have to do as many passes as possible.
Eseta is back, this week helping with our push up technique to develop our upper body strength so our passes get faster and stronger.
